Firstly, please be aware of the terms and conditions that apply to all online bookings and purchases made through our website www.thebodywellnessclinic.co.uk / company name: THE BODY WELLNESS CLINIC LTD
By proceeding with a massage booking, you agree to the following:
Booking your appointment
All appointments can be booked online through our website. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation text message and email with your appointment details.
You’ll also be sent a link via text message to complete a medical form. This must be submitted before your appointment.
Securing your spot
To secure your appointment, a debit or credit card must be saved using Timely Pay when booking. We don’t charge a deposit or require full payment upfront — this step simply confirms your place in the schedule.
Cancellations
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service.
To cancel or reschedule your massage booking, simply follow the link in your confirmation message or email, or contact us directly.
Missed appointments (no-shows)
If you don’t show up to your appointment and haven’t let us know, the full appointment fee will be charged. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Running late
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to provide your treatment within the remaining time. However, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No partial refunds are given for shortened sessions.
Health information and liability
You must inform your therapist of any relevant health issues, allergies, or medical conditions before your treatment.
The Body Wellness Clinic is not responsible for any injury or damage caused during or as a result of treatment, except where this is due to negligence or breach of duty by our therapists.
Your privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment details are processed securely through Timely Pay and Worldpay and are not stored by us.
Refund policy
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable
- Massage packages can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, only if unused
- Massage memberships require 60 days’ notice to cancel
