Top Massage in Hemel Hempstead and Hertfordshire itself!! Matt is the only one I go to for a massage whether that is... relaxing or deep tissue. Matt is so skilled and so knowledgeable. Excellent massage with Matt. I have Long Covid, which has caused severe hoarseness of my voice for 6 months as well as... other health issues, after one massage my voice was almost back to normal! He really knew what would help and was very professional. I will be back 🙂read more

I have been search for quite some time to find a therapist that will actually listen to what I need to help me and to... then deliver a treatment that was first class. I am myself a qualified therapist (30 years) so I know what is indeed to help me with the issues I had locked in my shoulder blades and lower back and hip.My son Christopher had been treated by Matt and highly recommended him to me - being aware of the disappointments I have had to endure not only with massage therapist but other professional bodies such as chiropractors.Matt is very professional and well versed with the treatments he delivers. He works according to what he feels in the body. He intuitively finds areas that I was not aware of that also inhibited my movements. His thorough and caring attitude (unhurried) made me relax and at the end of the treatment I was very happy that I went to him. I had a better nights sleep woke up feeling “yes” I am ready for the day rather than “I hope I can do what I need to do “Thank you Matt although it’s a 2 hour journey to your clinic I am definitely a fanRemain blessedRev. I have had major spinal surgery and carry an injury which needs careful management. Matt has been fantastic... understanding the requirements I have and has been a great help in my ongoing recovery, he finds the knots I don't even know I have! Whether you have specific issues or simply want a relaxing massage, I always feel better when I have seen Matt and I cannot recommend him highly enough.read more

I went to see Matt today for the first time as I have been suffering with chronic pain in my back, neck and shoulders... amongst other things. Matt is so knowledgeable and he really took the time to listen and understand my problems. He tailored the massage to suit my needs. Now I feel so relaxed, my muscles feel less tense and I'm in less pain. He made me feel so at ease and comfortable. This has been by far my best massage experience. I am a regular visitor at The Body Wellness Clinic. I am a runner and crossfitter. Matt is attentive to the problems... due to tight muscles and tries to attend to the issues or injuries in the best possible way. I am running my first marathon in a few weeks and I will definitely book soon. I first found Matt when I met with a bad running injury and Matt helped with recovery.read more
